Convocation Details

Convocation Time and Date: Convocation is June 16 – 19, 2026 and ceremonies are at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Ordering Details

Important Note: Stage Party and Distinguished guests are to use the link below to rsvp and rent regalia:

We will do our very best to provide you with the regalia that you have ordered. If your requested regalia is not available, we will substitute it with a hood from another Canadian university hood to the one you have requested.

PLEASE REVIEW AND CLICK THE COMPLETE ORDER BUTTON ON THE ORDER FORM. ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER YOU CLICK COMPLETE ORDER AND YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Email Order Confirmation

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

The confirmation will contain your RENTAL ID and ORDER ID, this is proof that your order is complete. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Gowns will be in the FOUNDERS ROOM on the SECOND floor. Once you have been gowned, faculty are welcomed to enjoy light refreshments.

Personal items can be left in the room as it will be monitored and/or locked for the duration of the ceremony.

Please be prepared to line-up 15min prior to the ceremony start time.
The procession line-up will take place on the same floor - second floor. A faculty volunteer will assist with the line-up and will lead you to the Choir Loft.

IMPORTANT NOTE: seating in the Choir Loft is organized in advance by our dedicated volunteers based on faculty RSVPs. As the loft is being broadcast live, we kindly ask to please follow directions from the volunteers. If you wish to be seated with particular members, please let the volunteers know before heading to the loft to reduce confusion while being seated and broadcasting live. Thank you in advance.


Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location

Once the ceremony is complete and the mace bearer is exiting the stage, faculty members are then able to leave the loft and return back to the Founders Room on the second floor for gown returns.
