We will do our very best to provide you with the regalia that you have ordered. If your requested regalia is not available, we will substitute it with a hood from another Canadian university hood to the one you have requested.

Convocation Details
Convocation Time and Date: Convocation is Tuesday, November 18, 2025 and ceremonies are at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
Email Order Confirmation
You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.
The confirmation will contain your RENTAL ID and ORDER ID, this is proof that your order is complete. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

Arrival Information
Doors open one hour prior to the ceremony start time.
Shuttle buses are available for stage party to use.
Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location
All gowns for stage party guests will be set-up in the newly renovated Studio. The Studio is located at the back of the Winspear near the security desk. Guests can access the space by following the left hallway down the corridor and behind the large stage access doors. Signage will be place at the back.
You are welcome to leave your personal items in the room during the ceremony. The Studio will be locked or monitored at all times.
Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location
Gowns can be dropped off at the same location immediately after the ceremony is complete.
Building 7 - 105 Ave entrance. Side of the Citadel Theatre.
7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
