We will do our very best to provide you with the regalia that you have ordered. If your requested regalia is not available, we will substitute it with a hood from another Canadian university hood to the one you have requested.

Convocation Details
Convocation Time and Date: Convocation is June 16 – 19, 2026 and ceremonies are at 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
Email Order Confirmation
You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.
The confirmation will contain your RENTAL ID and ORDER ID, this is proof that your order is complete. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

Arrival Information
Doors open one hour prior to the ceremony start time.
Shuttle buses are available for stage party to use.
Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location
All gowns for stage party guests will be set up in the newly renovated Studio, located at the back of the Francis
Winspear Centre for Music near the security desk. Guests can reach the space in two ways:
1. Indoors by following the hallway down the corridor on the left and passing through the large stage access
doors. Signage will be posted at the back to guide you.
2. To avoid the main crowd, you may also enter directly through the side door facing the Citadel Theatre.
Signage will be placed outside the door and a security guard will be stationed inside. This entrance will lead
you straight into the Studio.
You are welcome to leave your personal items in the room during the ceremony. The Studio will be locked or monitored at all times.
Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location
Gowns can be dropped off at the same location immediately after the ceremony is complete.

Building 7 - 105 Ave entrance. Side of the Citadel Theatre.
7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
11:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
