Convocation Details

Spring 2026 Convocation:

The 327th Convocation ceremonies will take place from June 8 to June 12, 2026 at Canada Life Place in downtown London.

Ordering Details

Please have your credit/debit card, credit/debit card's billing address (address line one and/or postal code), and student number on hand before beginning your registration.

Regalia Prices

Online: $55.00 (Tax included and payment by credit card or Visa debit)

Online Late Registration: $65.00 (Tax included and payment by credit card or Visa debit)(After May 8, 2026)

On Site (day of ceremony): $75.00 (Tax included and payment by credit card or Visa debit)

(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers. Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards are accepted as payment method.)

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

1. The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before THIS WEBSITE IS ON TEST/REVIEW MODE. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! ANY ORDER RECEIVED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CANCELLED AND DELETED!May, 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
