Fall Convocation Details
UNB Saint John campus will celebrate its 44th Fall Convocation Ceremony on Friday, Oct. 23 in the Imperial Theatre at 4:30 p.m.
All faculty and staff participating in the ceremony are required to reserve regalia between August 17 and October 9.
Degrees from the Faculties of Arts; Science, Applied Science and Engineering; Business; Nursing and Health Sciences; and School of Integrated Health will be awarded.

Order Confirmation Details
When your order is complete, you will receive an email from Build-A-Grad which contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number, and, if applicable, cancellation information.
The academic regalia will arrive on site in your name.
Regalia Pick Up Instructions
Faculty and staff may pick up their rental gowns, caps and hoods on Friday, October 23 between 2:30-3:45 p.m. at the Grand Hall (40 Charlotte Street). The Grand Hall is located across King Square from the Imperial Theatre.
Regalia Drop Off Instructions
Gowns, hoods and doctoral beefeater caps must be returned immediately following your ceremony to the Grand Hall (40 Charlotte Street). Regalia not returned will be charged to the renter.
Cancellations
Rental cancellations must be received before October 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Cancellations are not permitted after this date and refunds will not be given.
