SPRING CONVOCATION DETAILS

UNB Saint John campus will celebrate its 49th Spring Convocation ceremony on Friday, May 17 in the G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre at 2 p.m.

Regalia rentals are available from March 4 to May 3, 2024 before 11:59 p.m. All graduands attending the ceremony are required to reserve regalia during this time period.

SPRING CONVOCATION SCHEDULE

Degrees in Arts; Science, Applied Science and Engineering; and Business will be awarded.

REGALIA RENTAL PRICE INFORMATION

Online regalia rentals are $60 + tax.

Regalia for Bachelor's and Master's degrees include gown, hood, cap and tassel. The cap and tassel are yours to keep. Doctoral regalia includes gown, hood and beefeater tam. The beefeater tam must be returned. Regalia not returned will be charged to the renter.

You must rent your regalia through this site and pick it up at the onsite desk on the day of your ceremony.

(Payment by credit card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for credit card customers).

REGALIA PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Gowns, hoods, and caps/tams will be available for pick up on Friday, May 17 between 10 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. from K.C. Irving Hall, Room 106.

Gowns and hoods must be returned immediately following the ceremony on Friday, May 17 to K.C. Irving Hall, Room 106. The Doctoral beefeater tam must be returned with rentals. The mortarboard cap and tassel are yours to keep. Regalia not returned will be charged to the renter.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

When your order is complete you will receive two emails within 24 hours:

1. The first email will be from Gaspard and contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation.

2. The second email will be from Build-A-Grad and will contain all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid, and, if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

The academic regalia will arrive on site in your name.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Rental cancellations must be received before May 3, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Cancellations are not permitted after this date and refunds will not be given. Changes to rental orders may be made online through the Build-A-Grad website prior to May 3.
