If you do not receive these emails, your order is not complete! Please note: INCOMPLETE ORDERS WILL NOT be processed and shipped. |

Instructions for regalia pickup:
Students may pick up their rental and purchased regalia at the Riverhawk Shop. Please watch for more information regarding when items will be ready for pick up. Please check store website for store hours. Regalia will not be released without showing both your order and payment confirmation emails. Please bring the following confirmation emails with you to the store: 1) The order confirmation email 2) The payment confirmation email |

Instructions for rental returns:
Rental Regalia can be dropped off at the tent at the Tsongas Center the day of Commencement, or brought / shipped back to the River Hawk Shop Bookstore. |
