Ordering Details

To begin your order, click the “Order Here” button at the bottom of the page. Please have your payment card, payment card's billing address (address line one and/or postal code), student ID and UFV student email on hand before you begin your regalia order.

(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit) AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers. Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery credit card are accepted for payment method.

Pricing Details

Early Bird: Regalia Rental price is $50.00 + tax, if ordered on or before May 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Regalia includes gown, hood, cap and tassel. The cap and tassel are yours to keep.

After May 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm, the Regalia Rental price is $90.00 and can be done at the Convocation event.


Email Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

1. The first email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

2. The second email will be from Gaspard. This contains payment information.

Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before May 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

Gowns will be available for pickup on the Abbotsford campus in Evered Hall inside the Student Union Building on the day of your ceremony. Bring your receipt from the online order. Doors will open to pick up your regalia 1.5 hours before your ceremony start time.


Rental Regalia Drop-Off Instructions

Gowns/Hoods must be returned to the same location within 1.5 hours after your ceremony has ended.

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. A list of all unreturned regalia will be shared with your school. Students will incur a charge for any unreturned regalia.
