ORDERING DETAILS

Please have your credit/debit card, credit/debit card's billing address (address line one and/or postal code), student number and ceremony time on hand before beginning your order registration.

Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address.

REGALIA PRICES

Online: $40.00 taxes included.

If you absolutely cannot place an order online, please visit a Student Service Centre at Notre Dame Campus, D101 or Exchange District Campus, P104 or your Regional Campus main office to place an order.

Onsite (FOR WINNIPEG CAMPUSES CONVOCATION CEREMONIES ONLY): If you miss the rental deadline to order your cap and gown and would still like to attend, please arrive at the RBC Convention Centre an hour and a half before your ceremony. The cost is $60.00 – We accept Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two email order confirmation forms once your rental order is complete. Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device.

1. Will contain your ORDER NUMBER and bank transaction information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The rental regalia will be onsite in your name.

2. Will contain RENTAL and ORDER NUMBER. This is proof that your order is complete and paid in full. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, etc.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations for refund must be received before the deadline date to order a gown. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

REGALIA PICK-UP/DROP-OFF TIME AND LOCATION

This information can be found on your Order Confirmation email.
