ORDERING AND CONVOCATION DETAILS

Please have your credit card and student number on hand before beginning your registration. You will also need to know the ceremony date and time for your faculty. Please check the Convocation Schedule below before proceeding.

The deadline to rent a gown is Wednesday, May 22 (by end of day). Prices increase for on-site rentals. Please have your credit card and student number on hand before beginning your order.

REGALIA PRICES

Online: $37.00 (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit & prepaid cards)

Onsite: $50.00 (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, prepaid cards, debit & cash)

AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.

1. The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for refund must be received before May 22, 2024 at 11:59 pm (EST). Refunds will not be accepted after.

REGALIA PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Pick up your regalia 90 minutes prior to your ceremony time - for your ceremony, please check-in at the Science Building, East Atrium at the university's north campus location. Bring your student ID card and a copy of your confirmation – in print or on your mobile device.

REGALIA DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS

You must return your regalia. There will be two drop off locations, one in the Science Building where you picked up your gown, and another near the receptions after the ceremony at Shawenjigewining Hall.
