Convocation Details
Spring 2022 Convocation:
Nanaimo District Secondary School
Graduation will be on June 29, 2022
Location: Vancouver Island Conference Centre, 101 Gordon Street Nanaimo, BC V9R 5J8
Students who are attending the convocation ceremonies are required to reserve
regalia.
Email Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.
The first email will be from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.
The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation
contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
Distribution of grad packages will be at the office June 13-17, 2022. Grad fees must be paid for pick-up.
