CONVOCATION DETAILS

Spring 2024 Convocation will take place from Tuesday, May 28 to Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

ORDERING DETAILS

Please have your credit card, student number, and ceremony time on hand before beginning your regalia registration.

Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, and Discovery credit card are accepted for payment method.
Address Verification Security (AVS) requires correct billing address for credit card customers.

REGALIA PRICES

ONLINE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $50.00

ONSITE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $65.00


ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Details below. If you would like to make changes please call or email us.

1. The first will be from Gaspard which contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be prepared with your name for pickup.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device to pick up your regalia.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be received before May 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm (EST). Refunds will not be available after this date.

To cancel your order before May 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm (EST), please call us at 1-800-683-4771 or email us at [email protected].

REGALIA PICK-UP AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

No online orders will be accepted after the deadline but for an additional fee you may be able to pick up a gown at the regalia pick up venue (limited quantities available).
