Ceremony 5: Thursday, June 19 at 2:00 PM
Location: Queen Elizabeth Theatre (630 Hamilton St, Vancouver, BC V6B 5N6).
Students who are attending the convocation ceremonies are required to reserve regalia.

Regalia Prices and Ordering Details
Online: $45.00 + tax Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit
Late Fee (Day of Ceremony): $60.00 + tax Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit
Please make sure you have a credit/debit card, student ID, and ceremony time on hand before beginning your registration. Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Discovery credit cards are accepted.
Please note: Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers.
Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
Your regalia will be available for pickup 1 hour and 30 minutes before your ceremony at the Queen
Elizabeth Theatre. Student gowning is located on the 3rd floor—please follow the signage upon entry.
To collect your regalia, you must know your student number. Your rental includes:
• A gown
• A tippet, stole, or hood (depending on your program)
• A memento cap for you to keep
Regalia Drop-Off Instructions
Your gown and tippet, stole, or hood must be returned before you leave the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
Regalia drop off will be open for 45 minutes following your ceremony and is located in the reception
area near the exit. Additional instructions will be provided at the end of the ceremony, and signage will
be posted at the venue.
Important: You are responsible for returning your regalia. Any unreturned items must be paid for in
full.

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.
1. The first will be from Gaspard and it contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.
2. The second will be from Build A Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

All cancellations for refund must be received at 1-800-683-4771 or [email protected] before May 20, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you will be charged for the regalia up to $800 depending on your degree.
