PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
| Orders will be shipped to your address provided in October. Please watch your email for tracking information. |
DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Return Regalia Instructions: - All Faculty Rental Regalia must be returned in the same box in which it was delivered. - The alternate flap at the top of the delivery box will have a paid return shipping label on it. - Please close the flaps of the box in a way that makes the return shipping label visible. Please secure with heavy duty packing tape. - Rented Regalia must be returned to Balfour before October 31st. - If Regalia is not returned to Balfour, the individual who rented the regalia will be charged the purchase price of the regalia. |

| 1. The first email will be from Build a Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation. |
| 2. The second will be from Balfour. This is your payment receipt and contains payment information. |
