ORDERING DETAILS

Please have your credit card ready before placing your order. We accept VISA, VISA debit card, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.

Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires the correct billing address associated with the credit/debit card.

REGALIA PRICE DETAILS

Rental Gown (Royal Blue Gown): $35.00 + Tax

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be in your name.

The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation request must be received before June 14, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

REGALIA PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Details on your specific ceremony date and time will be posted to georgianatilac.com/convocation by May 1, 2024.

Upon arrival at the venue your ticket will be scanned and you will be directed to the gowning area where you will receive your regalia.

To authorize someone to pick up your regalia on your behalf, they must bring a note from you (letter or email) that includes your full name and student number, your representative’s full name, and the exact credential you are receiving.

REGALIA DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have had an opportunity to enjoy the various photo opportunities inside the venue, please return your gown to the designated area, following the convocation ceremony.

All gowns have a bar code that is attached to your order. If your gown is not returned and scanned by the gowning company, you will be charged a $200 replacement fee.

Gowns that are not returned on the day of convocation must be shipped* to the address below by July 31, 2024.

I understand that the convocation ceremonies are live-streamed and that by participating in the ceremony, I will be captured in the recording that is displayed on the Georgian College YouTube channel for one month following the ceremony.

I understand that if I do not return my gown, I will be charged a $200 replacement fee.

I understand that if for any reason I do not attend the convocation ceremony, I will not be eligible for a refund after the June 14, 2024 at 11:59 pm cancellation date.
