*NOTE* No gold tassels are given to Bachelor or Master degree students. All packages will include a black tassel with 2026 year date. Bachelor degree students graduating with honors will be provided a gold tassel at Commencement line-up.

SHIPPING OPTIONS and FEES

Ship to Home Fee: $14.50
Regalia will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for your order to ship. Orders placed as Ship to Home will be shipped within 2 weeks.

Ship to Frostburg Main Campus or Hagerstown Campus: Fee - No Charge
Orders placed as Ship to Campus will be shipped to your campus for pick up, Photo ID is required to pick up your order. Details of pick up date, times and location will be listed on your order confirmation.

RENTAL:
Custom Deluxe Rental Gown with Souvenir Hood, Tam and Tassel: $229.00
Note: Doctoral grad keeps the hood, tam and tassel. Rental gown can be returned at FSU main campus after graduation or shipped directly to Balfour using the return label included in the order.

PURCHASE:
Custom Deluxe Gown, Hood, Tam and Tassel: $619.00
Standard Black Souvenir Gown, Hood, Mortar Board Cap and Tassel: $95.00

*Note* Doctoral get antique gold metallic tassel attached to tam (deluxe custom regalia purchase/rental only).

Regalia will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Please allow 5 weeks for regalia to be delivered. Regalia will be delivered within one week of the ceremony. There will be return label included in your shipment to return your gown to Balfour. Gown must be returned within one week following the ceremony, the remaining regalia is yours to keep.

Ship to Frostburg Main Campus or Hagerstown Campus (Purchase/Rental): Fee - No Charge

Orders placed as Ship to Campus will be shipped to your campus for pick up, Photo ID is required to pick up your order. Details of pick up date, times and location will be listed on your order confirmation.

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

1. The first email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

2. The second will be from Balfour. This is your payment receipt and contains payment information.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.
