Regalia will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for your order to ship.

Ship to Frostburg Main Campus or Hagerstown Campus (Purchase/Rental): Fee - No Charge
Orders placed as Ship to Campus will be shipped to your campus for pick up, Photo ID is required to pick up your order. Details of pick up date, times and location will be listed on your order confirmation.

Ship to Home Purchase Fee - $12.95
Regalia will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Please 5 weeks for regalia to be delivered.

Ship to Home Rental Fee - $24.95
Regalia will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Regalia will be delivered within one week of the ceremony. There will be return label included in your shipment to return your gown to Balfour. Gown must be returned within one week following the ceremony, the remaining regalia is yours to keep.

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

1. The first email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

2. The second will be from Balfour. This is your payment receipt and contains payment information.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.
