Regalia Email Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

The first email will be from Gaspard. This contains your payment information.

The second email is from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

Regalia Rental Prices

Online: $48.00

Onsite (Day of your Graduation): $63.00

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

Regalia can be collected in the lower cafeteria starting two hours prior to your graduation ceremony.

Regalia Drop-Off Instructions

Drop-off regalia at the drop off location in the Birch Cafeteria immediately following your ceremony.

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you will be charged for the regalia up to $800 depending on your degree.

Cancellations

All cancellations request must be received before May 19, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this point.
