Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

Please print this form or bring it on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.


Order Cancellations

Dauphin: All cancellations must be received before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

Brandon: All cancellations must be received before May 22, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

Dauphin - Pick up gown at Credit Union Place at 1:00 pm.

Brandon - Pick up gown at UCT hall

Morning Ceremony 8:00 am - 8:45 am
Afternoon Ceremony 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you may be charged for the regalia's purchase price.
