Please have your Student ID Number ready when registering for your regalia.

Academic Regalia
All graduates will be responsible to order their own regalia and have it shipped
to the campus store. Please note that the cost of regalia will be covered by the
graduation fee.
Invitations and Rings
All graduates will also be responsible to order their own announcements and class
rings at their own expense and have them shipped to their home. Please note that
ring orders take 6-8 weeks, so order accordingly. To place announcement and/or class

Dress
The following is required dress for all Commencement participants:
Men: Dark pants, tie, dress shirt, dark socks, dark shoes; no sports shoes
or socks. A suit coat is not worn under academic regalia.
Women: Nice dress, “dressy” blouse and skirt, or dark slacks and blouse;
dark hose and dark shoes. Sports shoes, bare legs, white hose and socks are not
acceptable. Flowers, jewelry and other adornments are not worn on or over academic
regalia. Hats should be squared on top of head with tassels on the right for those
who have not yet been awarded the degree. Those who receive their degrees will be
asked to move their tassels to the left side after the President awards the degrees.
After everyone has processed to the assigned places, all should remain standing
for the invocation. Men should remove their hats for the invocation. They may wear
them again until it is time for the benediction, when they are removed again. Hats
should be worn for the recessional.
Tickets
Students will receive a designated number of electronic tickets for guests, which will be determined by the number of graduates participating. This number is not final until the week of graduation. Students will be sent an invitation to order electronic tickets through EventBrite early the week of graduation.
Letters to Families
Your family will receive a letter with information about graduation, local lodging
and Commencement. Please make certain the address of your family is correct in my.bryan.edu/change-address
and also advise us if there is an unusual circumstance in regard to your family and their address.
Email Order Confirmation Details
You will receive an email once your regalia registration is complete.
The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation
contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number
will be on this order confirmation.
